Hi! My name is Heather. I’m a mom, wife, healthcare worker, and educator who understands firsthand how overwhelming life can feel. I’ve battled depression and anxiety and spent years struggling with self-worth before finding healing through faith, movement, and learning how to care for my mental and physical health together.
Through my work in healthcare and education, and through lived experience, I’ve seen how deeply connected mental health, physical health, and overall wellness truly are. Find Your Strength was created as a supportive space to share honest conversations, practical tools, and encouragement — helping others build sustainable habits, find clarity, and grow stronger from the inside out.
